A leading retail company in Poole is seeking a Loss Prevention Partner to enhance profitability and ensure safety on the shop floor. Responsibilities include managing shrinkage performance, patrolling the area to deter theft, and supporting fellow staff. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and attention to detail. The role requires varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and offers a salary range of £26,500 - £38,000 annually.
As a Loss Prevention Partner (LPP) in our Profit Protection team, you'll add value to the efficiency and profitability of the shop where you are based and be an integral part of the team. You'll investigate trends and report on key themes regarding shrinkage to protect our profits. You'll protect your fellow Partners and customers by patrolling the shop floor to deter potential theft and monitoring CCTV for signs of suspicious behaviour.
Due to its nature, you need to be 18 years or older to work in this role. You’ll work on a rota basis and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: £26,500 - £38,000 annually
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours/week, varied shifts including early starts, late finishes, evenings, weekends, and alternate weekends.
