Join our Profit Protection team as a Loss Prevention Partner at John Lewis Partnership in Nottingham. This role involves maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers while addressing loss prevention. You’ll utilize skills in communication, conflict resolution, and attention to detail to protect the business from theft and shrinkage.
About the role
As a Loss Prevention Partner (LPP) in our Profit Protection team, you'll add value to the efficiency and profitability of the shop where you are based and be an integral part of the team. You'll investigate trends and report on key themes regarding shrinkage to protect our profits. You'll protect your fellow Partners and customers by patrolling the shop floor to deter potential theft and monitoring CCTV for signs of suspicious behaviour.
Due to its nature, you need to be 18 years or older to work in this role. You’ll work on a rota basis and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
