As a Loss Prevention Partner (LPP) in our Profit Protection team, you'll contribute to the efficiency and profitability of your assigned shop and be an integral part of the team. Your responsibilities will include investigating trends, reporting on key themes related to shrinkage, and protecting our profits. You'll patrol the shop floor to deter theft, monitor CCTV for suspicious behaviour, and support your colleagues and customers.
Note: You must be 18 years or older to work in this role. The role requires working on a rota, including evenings and weekends.
