Job Description:

As a Loss Prevention officer here at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll play a key part in the team, focusing on protecting people, product, and property. You will liaise with the Senior Leadership team in store and your Line Manager to own and develop the Loss Prevention process, emphasizing people and product safety.

• Security Responsibilities: Manage store security solutions, support internal investigations, and handle theft cases professionally and discreetly.
• Relationship Building: Develop relationships with local police and assist in crime reduction initiatives.
• Security Equipment: Use security tools and information to deter, detect, and prevent criminal activity.
• Training: Train staff in Loss Prevention practices and engage with store leadership to uphold standards.
• Communication: Keep teams informed about security policies and initiatives.
• Calmness and Professionalism: Maintain composure in all situations, demonstrating respectful and proactive communication.
• Safety Measures: Implement visual deterrents, monitor high-risk areas, and manage security incidents.
• Teamwork: Support a positive work environment and be adaptable.
• Energy and Multitasking: Thrive in a busy environment, problem-solve, and collaborate effectively.
• Collaboration: Work purposefully with peers to achieve common goals.
• Customer Focus: Prioritize customer engagement and service.
• Experience: Retail experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
