About the role:

We are looking for a Loss Prevention Officer to join the Loss Prevention team! Working within our Loss Prevention team, you’ll support a safe and secure environment, providing a uniformed presence to protect company assets and minimize loss.

Responsibilities:

  • Help our stores feel safe and secure for staff and customers.
  • Collaborate with Store Teams and build relationships with local police.
  • Identify high-risk areas and act as a deterrent on the shop floor.
  • Ensure adherence to LP standards with store management.
  • Support other duties such as surveillance, LP audits, and attending meetings as directed by the Regional LP Manager.

About you:

  • Experience in retail security preferred.
  • Flexible to work across stores and various hours.
  • Willing to travel daily within a reasonable distance.
  • Committed to safety and security.
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a good communicator.
  • Available to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and evenings.
  • IT skills are a plus but not essential.
