Job Title: Loss Prevention Officer

Join TJX Europe, a leading off-price retailer, as a Loss Prevention Officer. In this role, you'll help ensure the safety of our customers, associates, and assets in our retail stores.

Responsibilities:

1. Support a positive customer experience by being a visible and approachable presence at store entrances.
2. Deterring theft on the sales floor and acting as an ambassador for loss prevention.
3. Collaborate with the store team to maintain product security.
4. Deliver effective conflict resolution when necessary.
5. Remain calm and professional under pressure.
6. Communicate effectively and be self-motivated and resilient.

Qualifications:

Experience in a customer-facing role, retail environment, or security is preferred but not essential. The ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate effectively is important.
