As a Loss Prevention Officer, you'll help deliver our goal of keeping our customers, associates, and assets safe. Experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced retail environment or security guard role is ideal but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at store entrances.
2. Deterring loss on the salesfloor while acting as an ambassador for loss prevention.
3. Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
4. Remain calm and professional under pressure.
5. Be self-motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference with strong communication skills.
