Job Description

Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Officers?

Role Responsibilities

• You will support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at store entrances, deterring loss on the sales floor, and acting as an ambassador for loss prevention.
• You will work closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when needed.
• You must demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• You should be self-motivated, resilient, driven to make a difference, and possess strong communication skills.
