Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Officers?

As a Loss Prevention Officer, your role is to help ensure the safety of our customers, associates, and assets. Experience in a customer-facing role, within a fast-paced retail environment or security guard role, is ideal but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at store entrances.
2. Deterring loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for loss prevention.
3. Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when needed.
4. Remain calm and professional under pressure.
5. Be self-motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference, with excellent communication skills.
