Job summary

The Range is seeking a dynamic Security Store Detective to work within the Loss Prevention department in a covert role across an assigned area. You will be deployed to high-risk stores to identify and apprehend offenders for theft, while maintaining professionalism in conflict situations.

You will also support your Security Team Leader by providing training and development to retail colleagues in Loss Prevention activities and department objectives, with potential UK travel and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Deployed to high-risk stores to identify and apprehend theft offenders.
• Generate detailed incident reports and collate evidence to support prosecutions.
• Conduct training to support stores.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Complete surveillance operations across the retail / distribution network.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
