Job summary

The Range is seeking a Security Store Detective to join its Loss Prevention team. The role is covert across an assigned area, deployed to high-risk stores to identify and apprehend theft offenders while remaining professional in conflict situations.

You will support your Security Team Leader with training and development of retail colleagues in Loss Prevention activities and store objectives, with potential UK travel and overnight stays. A full UK driving licence and transport are required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel across the UK and stay overnight.

Responsibilities

• Deploy to high-risk stores to identify and apprehend theft offenders.
• Generate detailed incident reports and collate evidence for prosecutions.
• Conduct training to support stores and Loss Prevention activity.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Carry out surveillance across the retail and distribution network.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines at all times.
