Responsibilities:

  1. Reduce the designer error-free issue percentage.
  2. Investigate all designer error-free issues to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collect data and identify trends in error-free issues for business improvements.
  4. Handle calls from the customer service team to resolve customer issues.
  5. Create presentation materials for cabinets and fronts highlighting suggested improvements.
  6. Prepare presentations for showroom manager meetings to emphasize common errors.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal departments during investigations.
  8. Assist internal departments in data collation and refining automated compliance reports.
  9. Observe manufacturing processes and collaborate with internal departments.
  10. Conduct spot checks to ensure quality standards on orders before delivery.

About You

Candidate Requirements:

  • Exceptional knowledge of kitchen and bedroom design and installation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of guidelines and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective people management abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
