Job summary

Fenwick Kingston is looking for a Loss Prevention Assistant to join our Store Operations team. You will work as part of our security team to minimise stock loss, while delivering excellent customer service and acting as a friendly, approachable representative of the store.

The role is 40 hours per week on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have proven LP experience, health and safety awareness, strong knowledge of compliance, excellent communication skills and an SIA licence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a Loss Prevention role in a similar business.
• Health and safety / manual working awareness.
• Sound knowledge of compliance and managing issues around this.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate stock loss as part of the security team.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security protocols.
• Represent the store to visitors in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Respond proactively to daily security challenges.
