Loss Adjuster, Surveyor Assistant & Report Writer | Hitchin Office | Full Time – Office based | Permanent contract with a trial period | Working hours are 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday | £25,000 – £35,000 Per Annum depending on skills and work experience

Our client, a specialist in handling complex risks for Lloyd's Underwriters and international insurers, is seeking a Loss Adjuster, Surveyor Assistant & Report Writer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the assessment of claims, preparing detailed reports, and supporting surveyors in their work.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the assessment of claims and losses.
  2. Prepare detailed reports for clients and insurers.
  3. Support surveyors in their investigations and evaluations.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Relevant experience in loss adjusting or surveying is preferred.
