Job description

A leading organisation in the insurance sector is seeking to recruit several skilled and dedicated Property Loss Adjusters to cover the South West & South Coast region. Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively attend site and investigate commercial property claims.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
  3. Ensure that claims are handled efficiently and proactively.
  4. Engage with various internal and external parties.
  5. Adhere to contractual and client SLAs and KPIs.
Requirements:
  1. In-depth knowledge of commercial property claims and principles.
  2. Experience in an external role.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  4. Good degree of IT competency and literacy.
  5. Willingness to work towards CILA or CII exams with company support.

As part of the package, you will receive a competitive salary up to £60,000 + car allowance, an enhanced contributory pension, and a performance-related bonus.
