Job Description

A Sales Lorry Driver with Breedon involves the distribution of dry powder from our depots to customer locations. You will be part of the logistics team operating across Great Britain, distributing and receiving produce via road, rail, and ship. You will work closely with the commercial team to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires the successful candidate to have held a Class 1 license for at least 2 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and discharging of dry powders.
• Planning routes in liaison with the logistics team.
• Ensuring vehicle cleanliness and conducting first-use inspections.
• Completing documentation accurately, including tickets and inspections, using a tablet (training provided).
• Reporting safety issues to management promptly.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Possess a DIGI card.
• Held a Class 1 license for at least 2 years.
• Flexible start and finish times.
• Availability for night and weekend work (primarily night shifts).
• Experience with pressure discharging of bulk solid powders.
• MP Connect Card – Site Safety Awareness and Behaviour.
• Safe Urban Driving CPC Certificate.
