Home Instead in Worthing is seeking caring individuals for part-time Care Professional roles to help clients live safely and independently at home.

There are no fixed shift patterns; we match you to nearby clients and visits are a minimum of 1 hour, ensuring meaningful relationships.

Training is paid and you’ll receive support from our local team, with competitive hourly rates and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Kind, empathetic and patient candidates preferred.
• Driving licence and own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and help around the home.
• Assist with meals and medication prompting.
• Support personal care and getting dressed.
• Arrange appointments, plan social visits and accompany clients.

As a Care Professional at Home Instead you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and 24/7 support from our office team.


No prior experience of care is required. If you are kind, empathetic and patient then you already have the skills to be a great Care Professional.

All training is paid and will take place at our office in Worthing with our award-winning training team. You will need a driving licence and your own vehicle.
