Key Responsibilities Organising partners’ diaries, including booking travel, scheduling meetings, and setting remindersTaking minutes during meetingsPerforming general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documentsActing as the first point of contact, handling calls, messages, and correspondence internally and externallyProviding cover for team members during absences, holidays, and sick leaveLiaising with staff, external suppliers, and clients to support queriesWriting and preparing documents on behalf of the directorsActing as gatekeeper and point of contact for directorsAdministering legal papers for the boardTransferring calls from reception to the relevant personEnsuring accurate billing and invoicing of clientsDrafting agendas for meetings Skills and Experience Required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)A can-do, proactive attitudeStrong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task effectivelyConfidence in completing general office administration tasksPrevious experience in a legal or professional services settingIdeally, experience in a legal or property-based environmentKnowledge of legal practices and proceduresFor any additional information, call Kieran on 0121 633 4443.
