Job description

Part-time | Remote | £12-15/hour | 20-25 hours per week (Fixed check-in + flexible)

Are you the kind of person who loves turning conversations into conversions, can write a LinkedIn post that gets clicks, and enjoys digging into CRM data like it's buried treasure?

We’re Sphere6, and we help businesses win more contracts by managing their bids, strategy, and delivery better. We’ve already helped our clients secure £35.4 million in new contracts – and we’re growing fast.

Now we need a proactive, confident communicator to help keep our growth engine humming.

You’ll be stepping into a key role previously held by a valued team member who led our outreach, scheduling, and social visibility. We’re looking for someone who can pick that up – and take it even further. It’s a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up kind of role — perfect for someone who enjoys building pipeline and brand.

You’ll have tools, support, and templates (including content pillars, tone-of-voice, and AI support), but you’ll also have the freedom to get creative and make the role your own.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Research new leads and support outreach via LinkedIn, email, and HubSpot (our CRM of choice).
  • Maintain our sales pipeline: update records, track progress, and nudge the team for follow-ups.
  • Write short, engaging LinkedIn posts that align with our brand tone-of-voice and content pillars – we’ve got templates and examples to help.
  • Schedule and post content across LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Help prep and format marketing materials and proposals (PowerPoint, Word, Canva).
  • Track campaign results and help us test what’s working (and what’s not).

What We Offer:

  • £12-15/hour
  • 20-25 hours per week with a short daily check-in (9:45–10:00am), flexible outside of that
  • Remote/Hybrid working – perfect for fitting around school hours, studying, or freelance projects
  • Genuine opportunity for development and progression for the right person
  • You’ll work directly with our CEO – close to the action, not stuck in layers of sign-off

What You’ve Got:

  • Experience juggling multiple priorities and communicating clearly – written and verbal
  • Solid organisational skills – you’ll be juggling content, outreach, and data all at once
  • CRM confidence (especially HubSpot – or quick to learn)
  • Sharp writing skills and a knack for attention-grabbing content (especially for LinkedIn)
  • You’re not a designer, but you can drag content into Canva and make it look tidy
  • Marketing basics? Check. Sales admin skills? Absolutely.
  • Bonus points if:
  • You’ve worked in a B2B, consulting, or public sector setting
  • You’ve used ChatGPT (or other AI tools) to streamline content or do research – and enjoyed it!
