We're currently looking for an experienced children's social worker to become part of a well-established Children in Care service in the South East.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a tight-knit team with a highly supportive management structure. As an added bonus, a you will receive a competitive pay rate of £40/h.

With an outstanding Ofsted rating, working for this council ensures a strong working environment. You'll also have the option of seeking additional support from the enduring permanent management structure, should you require it.

We understand the importance of achieving a healthy work-life balance, especially when dealing with complex cases, with this council, working from home is very much encouraged, so you can expect to be in the office 1-1.5 days per week, and the rest from home.

We are looking for a social worker who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to be a part of this council's journey in providing the highest level of care to its service users.

In recognition of your hard work, this council provides the freedom to manage your own schedule. This allows you to effectively allocate your time for maximum efficiency, both in your professional and personal life.

As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
