Job summary

Munnelly Support Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman for a long-term construction project in Erlestoke.

You will safely control site traffic, manage deliveries and plant movements, and maintain pedestrian separation across the site. Applicants must hold NPORS or CPCS Traffic Marshall, Vehicle Banksman or Plant and Vehicle Marshaller qualifications and be able to reliably commute to Erlestoke for an 8:00am start.

Qualifications

• NPORS or CPCS Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman qualification is required.
• Experience on construction sites handling traffic and safety procedures is essential.
• Strong communication with drivers and plant operators is important.

Responsibilities

• Controlling and directing construction traffic entering and leaving the site.
• Banking delivery vehicles, construction plant and machinery.
• Coordinating vehicle movements with site management and logistics teams.
• Maintaining safe pedestrian and vehicle segregation.
• Managing designated delivery areas, access routes and exclusion zones.
• Communicating clearly with drivers, plant operators and site personnel.
• Ensuring vehicles follow the site traffic management plan.
• Assisting with the safe movement and positioning of delivery vehicles.
• Monitoring site entrances and preventing unauthorised access.
• Reporting hazards, unsafe vehicle movements or access issues.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider site logistics operation when required.
