LRL Recruitment are seeking an experienced Telehandler Operator for a long-term residential construction project in Barry, South Wales. This contract role offers stability on a major development with a professional site team.

Requirements include a valid CPCS/NPORS Telehandler card and proven site experience. You will operate the telehandler, assist with site logistics, and perform general labouring when not operating the machine, maintaining safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler Operator card.
• Proven experience operating a Telehandler on active construction sites.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Telehandler to load, unload, and distribute materials across site.
• Support site logistics, including movement of materials and assisting other trades where required.
• Perform general labouring duties when not operating the machine – keeping the site clean and organised.
• Follow all on-site health and safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
