Job summary

Randstad Education in Leeds is partnering with established primary schools to place dedicated teachers into long-term, full-time assignments, taking full ownership of planning, delivery and pupil assessments. The role requires UK primary teaching experience, QTS, a solid understanding of the primary curriculum, ability to differentiate for SEN, and an Enhanced DBS Update Service.

Qualifications

• Significant UK classroom teaching experience within a primary environment.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Thorough understanding of the UK primary curriculum and pupil progress tracking methods.
• Proven capability to differentiate learning effectively for pupils with varying needs, including SEN.
• An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to process a new one).

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of lesson planning, delivery, and formative pupil assessments.
• Contribute directly to the long-term progress and culture of the school.
• Coordinate with headteachers in Leeds during interviews or working trials.
