Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and qualified Secondary School English Teacher to join a thriving school in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator committed to inspiring students and delivering engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons (Literature & Language) in line with the UK curriculum.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student progress and enthusiasm for English.
• Assess, mark, and provide constructive feedback to pupils.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and extracurricular activities (e.g., debating, literacy programs).
• Collaborate with colleagues to support inclusive education and differentiation for all learners.

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECTs welcome to apply).
• Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching English at secondary level.
• Ability to engage students of diverse abilities and backgrounds.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
• Right to work in the UK (Teaching Personnel can support overseas candidates with sponsorship queries).
