Job summary

Stridden Limited are recruiting for an experienced CSCS Labourer with pre-plaster experience for long-term work on a residential housing development in Burwell, Cambridgeshire. You will join a busy site team and work from 7:30am, carrying out pre-plaster tasks and general labour duties.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid CSCS card, have pre-plaster experience on residential sites, be reliable and punctual, and have access to transport where possible due to early starts.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card required.
• Pre-plaster experience essential.
• Residential housing site experience essential.
• Reliable, hard-working and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out pre-plaster works.
• Preparing plots ahead of plastering.
• General snagging and preparation works.
• Keeping plots clean, tidy and ready for following trades.
• Moving materials around site.
• Assisting trades where required.
• General site labouring duties.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
