Hoop Social Work is recruiting a Social Worker for long-term care and support in Cynon. You will work with adults over 18 with complex needs, delivering community-based support to achieve positive outcomes. The role offers flexible home-working with at least one office visit per week.

Experience in adult services and strong values enabling complex caseload management are essential. Registration with Social Care Wales or Social Work England is required, with DBS update service preferred.

Pay rate in line with the pledge - £38.43 Umbrella / £30.50 PAYE

The post is based in Cynon Principal Offices - Working with individuals over the age of 18 with complex and long-term care and support needs. Working towards achieving positive personal outcomes, supporting people with both physical and mental health needs in the community. This is subject to flexible working from home with an expectation that you will attend the office a minimum of once per week. Looking for someone with experience in adult services with strong values with the ability to manage a complex caseload.
