Job summary

Sheridan Memorial Hospital Association is seeking a Long Term Care RN to render direct patient care in a long-term care setting, assess and develop care plans, and collaborate with residents’ families and the care team.

You will also supervise CNAs and coordinate with staff to ensure high-quality resident care, with a focus on safety, compassion, and adherence to care standards.

About the role:

Responsible for providing direct patient care in a Long-Term Care setting. Other duties include assessing and developing care plans, working closely with residents’ families as well as all staff and residents, will also direct the duties of CNAs.
