Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Bricklaying Lecturer to join an FE College in Bury St Edmunds on a long-term temporary basis. The successful candidate will deliver practical Bricklaying sessions across Levels 1-3 and share industry knowledge to help learners progress within construction.

Responsibilities include assessing learner progress, maintaining a safe workshop, and supporting learners to develop technical skills.

Qualifications

• Strong industry experience in Bricklaying.
• Knowledge of Level 1-3 Bricklaying qualifications and course requirements.
• Previous teaching or training experience within Further Education.
• A recognised teaching qualification is desirable, or a willingness to work towards one.

Responsabilités

• Deliver practical and theory-based Bricklaying sessions across Levels 1-3.
• Support learners in developing their technical skills and industry knowledge.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe, organised and effective workshop environment.
