Job summary

Leader Online Ltd. is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 driver to transport goods across distances while upholding our values of teamwork, care, customer centricity, respect and integrity. A basic DBS check is required as part of safety commitments.

You will be responsible for driving, complying with regulations, loading/unloading, and maintaining accurate delivery records, with long hours and overnight trips possible.

Qualifications

• Requires valid HGV Class 2 licence and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good knowledge of UK road networks and traffic laws.
• Able to perform basic vehicle checks and minor repairs.
• Strong time management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 2 vehicles to transport goods to various destinations according to schedule.
• Ensure safe, secure loading and unloading of goods; maintain records.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure roadworthiness.
• Adhere to road safety regulations and the Driving Time Directive, taking required breaks.
