Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct landlord gas safety checks and central heating repairs.
• Install, maintain, and repair pipes and fixtures associated with central heating.
• Stay committed to 5 days of work per week.

Overview

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector. They require self‑employed heating engineers for an ongoing contract with a local housing association.

Contract Details

Location: Birmingham, Leicester & Coventry
Contract: Onward Housing Association
Work type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs as well as General Plumbing works including installing, maintaining and repairing pipes, fixtures and controls associated with central heating, replacing cylinders, installing radiators, upgrading hot and cold system pipework.
Commitment: 5 days per week
Contract length: Ongoing
Payment terms: Weekly in arrears.

Rates

£229.50 per day.

• £2m public liability insurance
• No unspent criminal convictions
