Job summary

Driverz Work in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Courier Van Driver to join the team. The ideal candidate has at least two years’ commercial driving experience with vans and holds a valid UK driving licence. This role focuses on delivering goods on long-distance routes, with pickups from SW19, Merton.

You’ll work full-time on long shifts (approx. 11–12 hours) from Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with a salary of £30k per year paid monthly.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driving licence with a clean driving record.
• two years proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with flatbed vehicles.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all tasks undertaken.

Responsibilities

• Operate long wheel based vans driving long distance safely and ensure safe delivery of goods to various locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Pick up of goods is in SW19, Merton, 11-12 hour shifts Monday Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Pick up time Is flexible you can collect from 11 am till 1 pm and have a large time window

Van Provided !

You can also keep the van during the week

£30k Annual salary paid monthly
