Job summary

TD Securities offers a 10-week Technology summer internship in London. You will join a global team, work on meaningful technical assignments, and receive professional development and mentoring to build your skills in software engineering, data and AI within a leading financial institution.

Participants will rotate through multiple technology groups and collaborate with engineers, data specialists, and business teams to deliver impact across TD Securities globally.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI or related field.
• Strong interest in engineering, data and AI, with curiosity to explore technologies.
• Grounding in programming and software development concepts demonstrated via coursework, projects or placements.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work with colleagues across disciplines and regions.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotations across product and functional technology groups (Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Data & AI, Compliance).
• Contribute to targeted team deliverables, developing new functionality and improving applications and data capabilities.
• Design, build, test and improve high‑quality software with debugging and peer reviews.
• Work across the delivery lifecycle from problem understanding to deployment and improvement.
• Gain experience across software engineering, data platforms, analytics, automation and applied AI.
