Job summary

TD Securities invites graduates to join its 12-month Technology Graduate Programme in London, focusing on engineering, data and AI. You will rotate across product and functional technology groups, collaborating with engineers, data specialists, product partners and business teams globally.

From day one you will contribute to meaningful technical work, gain hands-on software development experience, and build a global network while learning how TD Securities delivers value to clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (2026) or upcoming 2027 graduate with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Strong interest in engineering, data and AI, with curiosity to explore emerging technologies and apply them to real problems.
• Grounding in programming and software development concepts, demonstrated through coursework, personal projects, placements, hackathons or other practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to targeted team deliverables, developing new functionality and improving the applications, platforms and data capabilities that support TD Securities businesses globally.
• Design, build, test and improve high-quality software, participating in debugging, peer reviews and the engineering practices needed to deliver reliable and secure solutions.
• Work across the delivery lifecycle, from understanding a problem and shaping a solution through development, testing, deployment and ongoing improvement.
• Gain practical experience across software engineering, data platforms, analytics, automation and applied AI. Your work may include building user experiences and services, integrating systems and APIs, improving data quality and accessibility, or exploring responsible uses of machine learning and generative AI to improve colleague and client outcomes.
