Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Summer Internship in Data & Analytics in London to work on large-scale data projects, applying advanced analytics to regulatory, investigative and commercial questions.

You will collect and analyse diverse datasets, build data pipelines, and leverage AI-enabled tools to deliver insights for clients, collaborating with senior teams and engaging with stakeholders. The programme emphasizes training, professional development and exposure to high-profile engagements.

Qualifications

• Currently in the penultimate year of a degree in a quantitative or related subject, such as mathematics, data science, computer science, physics or engineering, and graduating in 2028

Responsibilities

• Collect, combine and analyse large and varied datasets from different sources
• Apply analytical thinking and technology to answer complex investigative, regulatory and commercial questions
• Design and implement complex data pipelines incorporating both private and publicly available data to facilitate analysis
• Leverage modern AI and agentic tools to assist with development, analysis and research activities
• Work with senior colleagues and directly with clients and other stakeholders to understand and identify their requirements
• Perform analytical work, individually and in project teams
• Help ensure the quality of the delivered work, by performing quality control checks and quality control documentation
• Carry out a broad range of data analysis, engineering, and visualisation tasks.
