Job summary

FTI Consulting’s Forensic & Litigation Consulting practice seeks a summer intern to join the Data & Analytics (D&A) team. You’ll collect and analyse large datasets, apply analytical thinking, and design complex data pipelines to support investigations and regulatory work.

Ideal candidates are in the penultimate year of a quantitative degree (graduating 2028) with Python, SQL, and ML concepts, and are eager to learn from senior colleagues while engaging with clients on a variety of engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field (math, data science, CS, engineering) and progressing through to 2028.
• Interest in data science, analytics and investigations with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with working in demanding, deadline-driven environments and communicating clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collect, combine and analyse large and varied datasets from different sources.
• Apply analytical thinking and technology to answer complex investigative, regulatory and commercial questions.
• Design and implement data pipelines using private and public data for analysis.
• Leverage modern AI tools to assist with development and research tasks.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues and clients to understand requirements.
