Job summary

Quint Construction Services is currently recruiting experienced Shuttering Carpenters and established gangs for long-term shuttering work across London. Projects span multiple sites with steady, ongoing demand for reliable teams.

You'll work from construction drawings, complete shuttering to spec, and uphold high workmanship and safety standards on site. Immediate starts are available on multiple London sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years' experience as a Shuttering Carpenter.
• Previous experience on UK construction sites.
• Experience with traditional shuttering and other formwork.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Valid CSCS card – essential
• Relevant references – essential
• Full PPE
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Professional attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a gang
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Complete shuttering to the required specification on site.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project.
• Follow all site health and safety requirements.
