Job summary

Interlink Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading international law firm to hire a Real Estate Planning Associate in the London area. You will advise developers, investors, landowners and public sector clients on complex planning matters across major developments.

This role requires UK-qualified solicitor with planning law experience and ability to work across contentious and non-contentious matters, with strong drafting, negotiation and business development skills.

Qualifications

• UK-qualified solicitor with planning law experience.
• Experience across contentious and/or non-contentious planning matters.
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and development process.
• Commercially minded with strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on planning applications, appeals, agreements, and other development processes.
• Supporting major residential, commercial, regeneration, and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborating with Real Estate, Projects and Infrastructure teams on complex development matters.
• Developing client relationships and contributing to business development opportunities.
