A major Japanese Real Estate firm is looking for a Real Estate Development Manager to oversee crucial development projects in London. The role involves conducting market research, maintaining relationships with developers, and leading due diligence processes. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of experience in UK real estate development and excellent negotiation skills. This full-time position offers a salary range of £50K–£85K depending on experience and provides the flexibility of hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience in UK real estate development.
• Strong understanding of UK local planning systems and housebuilding processes.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in engaging with UK-based developers.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market research on the UK real estate sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers.
