Job summary

Career Legal is recruiting an England & Wales Qualified Lawyer to join their London office as a Product Liability Associate in a Group Litigation setup. You will work with Partners and Senior Associates on claims, draft and review documents, and drive cases with a team of Paralegals.

The role requires a minimum of 3+ PQE, experience in Group Litigation or Product Liability, and regular commuting to London. Supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ PQE in England & Wales required.
• Experience in Group Litigation or Product Liability.
• Able to commute regularly to London office.
• Experience supervising Trainees and/or Paralegals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Partners and Senior Associates on specific claims.
• Prepare correspondence for opposing Counsel and clients.
• Review legal documents prior to Court submission.
• Conduct extensive legal research and draft documents.
• Lead a team of Paralegals to progress bulk claims.
• Resolve client data issues and queries as they arise.
