Qualifikationen

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• Minimum 2 years of UK private funds law firm experience.
• Associate Level (2-5 PQE): strong European funds practice, funds tax, and regulatory expertise.
• Senior Associate Level (6+ PQE): experience advising first-time managers and onshore/offshore funds work (PE, VC, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Debt).

Aufgaben

• Fund formation, secondaries, and co-investments (including co-written transactions).
• Carried interest arrangements, fund restructurings, continuation funds, and liquidity events.
• Advising on onshore and offshore fund structures across PE, VC, real estate, infrastructure, and debt.
