About the Role

We are seeking ambitious individuals with 4–8 years' of Strategy Consulting experience to join our growing Consumer Sector team in our London office. This is an opportunity to help lead and deliver high-impact strategy and transaction support engagements for a broad range of consumer clients. You’ll be part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team working with some of the most recognisable and innovative consumer brands in the world.

You will work closely with senior leadership and client teams to frame strategic and commercial questions, design and execute complex analyses, develop insights focused on consumer behaviours and commercial models, and communicate recommendations clearly and impactfully. You’ll also have the opportunity to help shape the direction of the Consumer practice through business development and team mentorship.

We support clients across a wide spectrum of consumer-focused categories, including:

  • Retail (e.g., general and specialty retail, online marketplaces, e-commerce, and omnichannel retail)
  • Food & Beverage (e.g., packaged FMCG, agriculture, ingredients, and hospitality/food service)
  • Home (e.g., furniture, appliances, home improvement)
  • Health & Beauty (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, personal care, vitamins & supplements, fitness, and wellbeing products/services)
  • Travel & Leisure (e.g., tour operators, OTAs, attractions, leisure, and socialising venues)
  • Telecoms, Media & Entertainment (e.g., broadcasting/sports rights, streaming, gaming, publishing/content distribution, telecoms, satellite connectivity)
  • Clothing & Apparel (e.g., fashion, footwear, accessories)

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 4–8 years in Strategy Consulting, including growth strategy, business strategy, commercial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side), and commercial excellence
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to structure problems, conduct robust analysis, and derive insights from complex data
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with a track record of producing high-quality, client-ready materials
  • Leadership: Ability to lead workstreams independently and to manage and mentor junior team members
  • Project Management: Proven success in client management and delivering challenging projects
  • Industry Passion: Genuine interest in consumer trends, evolving behaviours, and brand strategy
