Qualificações

• Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree with completion between Sept 2028 and July 2029.
• Minimum 2:1 degree classification required.
• Fluent English is essential; additional European language may be required for some roles.
• Demonstrates drive, innovation and genuine interest in financial markets.

Responsabilidades

• Gaining an in-depth introduction to the bank, its culture and global reach.
• Building relationships with hedge fund clients while servicing accounts efficiently.
• Learning from teams across Prime Financing to understand products and processes.
• Risk management: work with traders to understand risk and hedging.
• Pricing: assist traders and FRG to price new business.
• Sourcing optimal borrow liquidity for short obligations.
• Provide daily market color on borrow liquidity and fees.
• Data analysis to understand the book and drive STP efficiencies.
• Understand front-to-back lifecycle of a trade and profitability opportunities.
