Job summary

Bank of America in London is seeking an Off-Cycle Analyst in Debt Capital Markets for a four‑month internship beginning 11 January 2027. You will assist with deal origination and execution, work on bonds, loans, FX and rates products, and interact with senior clients to deliver financing solutions.

You will develop market knowledge, support cross‑functional teams, and gain exposure to advisory and execution activities across global markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Graduation date: for graduates after January 2026; for current students, completion before July 2027.

Responsibilities

Assist DCM professionals with deal origination and execution across product areas.
Work with clients at top management level to create financing solutions through DCM products (bonds, loans, FX and rates).
Develop understanding of market fundamentals and contribute market-informed financing strategies.
Prepare tailored client presentations outlining financing solutions.
Work on live transactions and interact with clients and bank professionals to build network and experience.
Coordinate with Sales, Traders and Research to support live deal executions and stay informed on market developments.
