Job summary

Eden Brown Built Environment in London is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee mechanical installation packages across existing buildings and live sites. You will work with clients, contractors and the internal team to deliver projects from survey through to completion.

The role requires 4–5 years' experience in building services, strong HVAC knowledge and a proactive, site-based approach. Hybrid working is offered with opportunities across high-profile London projects.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in mechanical project management on building services projects.
• Strong UK building services / mechanical experience across existing sites.
• Experience managing mechanical installations on existing buildings or live sites.
• Solid understanding of HVAC and mechanical building services.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, programmes and budgets, with client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical installation projects across existing buildings and live sites.
• Attend sites across London to oversee project delivery.
• Turn engineers' survey reports into deliverable mechanical projects.
• Coordinate contractors and subcontractors to meet targets.
• Plan programmes, materials, labour and project resources.
• Monitor installation quality, progress and compliance.
• Manage budgets, variations and commercial elements.
• Liaise with clients and key stakeholders; attend site and client meetings.
• Identify and resolve technical and delivery issues; ensure safety and on-time completion.
