Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Strategy:
   • Lead and develop a team focused on strengthening profitability and promoting growth.
   • Align business goals with the company's strategic aims, leading by example in business development.
   • Manage a team of ambitious Account Executives and Brokers.
   • Mentor colleagues and support their personal development.
   • Drive growth initiatives in the London and international insurance markets.
   • Lead client retention efforts across our existing portfolio.
   • Contribute to placement strategy and insurer engagement.
2. Financial Management:
   • Oversee sales P&L and ensure achievement of budget targets.
3. Product Development:
   • Enhance existing products and services.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Proven P&L Management and People Development:
   • Extensive experience managing profit and loss, with a track record of developing and mentoring teams to meet business objectives.
2. Business Acumen:
   • Strong understanding of business operations, market trends, and financial analysis.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Exceptional skills in engaging and influencing stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
4. Global, Matrix-Managed Experience:
   • Experience working within a global organization with complex structures, demonstrating collaboration across regions and functions.
