Qualifications

• 2+ years in insurance processing, operations or similar function.
• London Market knowledge or experience is essential.
• GCSEs at grades A-C including English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and administer risks and transactions within agreed timescales.
• Upload premiums to the Bureau and other market systems per processes and controls.
• Liaise with divisions and servicing teams to resolve technical and data queries.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and processing exceptions.
• Allocate and reconcile unallocated cash to support KPIs and objectives.
• Support bordereaux production, validation, and QA per carrier requirements.
• Maintain high data accuracy, compliance, and data quality across processing.
• Contribute to process improvement and adopt technology and automation where appropriate.
• Support training and maintain technical knowledge and market awareness.
• Carry out any additional duties reasonably assigned.
