London Marathon Events is seeking an experienced communications professional to manage PR and media operations for major events including the London Marathon and Swim Serpentine. The role requires strong leadership, a solid contacts book in the media, and the ability to thrive under pressure during peak event times.
London Marathon Events are looking for an experienced communications professional to join their team for the 2022 season.
The role is varied and will suit someone with a range of media and communications skills with a particular focus on PR and outreach, so a good contacts book across national, lifestyle and sport media is essential.
It also requires someone who is comfortable leading the LME comms team in the organisation of Swim Serpentine.
You will also be part of the team for RideLondon, The Big Half and the TCS London Marathon where you will be happy to support the communications team in the planning, delivery and promotion of these events.
The job starts on Monday April 18 and ends on Sunday October 14 2022
