Job summary

Pertemps in London is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer (M&E) to join our established team. You will work across a variety of commercial sites, performing both planned preventive maintenance and reactive callouts to keep building services running smoothly.

The role requires a strong general M&E knowledge and ability to work across plumbing, heating, HVAC, electrical, and alarm systems. A full UK driving licence is essential, and a van is provided for business use.

Qualifications

Strong general M&E knowledge in commercial environments.
Experience across plumbing, heating, HVAC, electrical, and alarms.
Full UK driving licence is required.
Based within easy travel distance to London (4 days per week in the city).

Responsibilities

PPM tasks across commercial buildings, ensuring compliance and smooth operation of building systems.
Reactive callouts for plumbing, heating, HVAC, electrical and alarm systems.
Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of M&E equipment.
Providing professional, customer‑focused service on client sites.
Working collaboratively with the wider engineering team to ensure efficient coverage and high‑quality service delivery.
Maintaining accurate job records and reporting through company systems.
