Job summary

Marmon Lift Recruitment in London is seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to service and maintain passenger and goods lifts across an allocated London route. You will diagnose faults and carry out minor repairs to keep lifts safe and compliant.

The role offers a choice between a van-based service route or a Central London walking route, with standby participation negotiable and a full UK driving licence required for van-based work.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills essential.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform minor repairs on lifts.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain passenger and goods lifts across an allocated London route.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance per procedures and manufacturer guidance.
• Diagnose faults and complete minor repairs; attend breakdowns when required.
• Maintain service records and liaise with customers and the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with lift regulations and health & safety requirements.
