Job summary

Hydrogen Group in London is seeking an Associate (3–5 PQE) to work on the establishment and structuring of private investment funds, drafting LPAs, PPMs, subscription documents and side letters. You will engage with fund sponsors and institutional investors across private equity, real estate and related strategies.

The role requires advising on governance, economics, carried interest and co-investment arrangements, with exposure to fund launches and complex transactions.

Qualifications

• England & Wales-qualified solicitor with 3–5 years' PQE in investment funds or asset management.
• Solid experience in fund formation, structuring and principal documentation for private funds.
• Experience with LPAs, PPMs, subscription documents and side letters.

Responsibilities

• Establish and structure private investment funds, drafting key documents.
• Negotiate and finalise LPAs, PPMs, subscription agreements and side letters.
• Handle investor-side mandates for pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and insurers.
• Assist governance, carried interest and co-investment arrangements.
